The bus will stay in the event of a rain delay guaranteed for one additional day (additional hotel accommodation & possible coach costs are at the expense of the client). Additional extensions of the trip are at the discretion of the tour guide given consideration of the needs and responsibilities of the individuals in the group.

Unfortunately there will be no refunds on coach tours, so we strongly recommend that you purchase Cancellation Insurance and for our U.S. tours Emergency Medical Insurance. RBC Insurance is available through our office or can be booked online through our own website link to RBC Insurance.
