    Note regarding overnight event tours:

    The bus will stay in the event of a rain delay guaranteed for one additional day (additional hotel accommodation & possible coach costs are at the expense of the client).  Additional extensions of the trip are at the discretion of the tour guide given consideration of the needs and responsibilities of the individuals in the group.

    Please note: There will be no refunds on coach tours, so we strongly recommend that you purchase Cancellation Insurance and, for our out of country tours, Emergency Medical Insurance.  RBC Insurance can be quoted by our reservation staff and is available through our office.
