YOU:

Have a specific event you want to go to; are able to offer enthusiasm about planning your groups trip; have good communication skills, be self motivated, energetic, organized, dependable, and willing and able to take on the responsibility of making sure your group's booking process is efficiently and professionally handled.  Your group is guaranteed to meet the group minimum required to run your own private tour. 

WE:

**Arrange for your transportation, accommodation if applicable and event tickets, and tour guiding needs along with any other special requests you may have.

*Supply you with all you need to promote your trip including:

-Information package with all the details you need to assist in booking onto your personally planned trip easily consisting of your trips details, payment due dates and,

-promotional and advertising materials such as flyers, posters

-a sign up sheet to organize your group's bookings

-make sure your group has a great time on their trip from the time of departure until they have returned home!

Please note:  Private tours must meet group minimums to go forward.

Free trips earned can be used on the tour you are organizing or on any of our regularly scheduled tours but must be of comparable value to the cost of the tours you have arranged.  You do not have to be present on the group trip you are organizing.  Our experienced tour guides will be on board to ensure your group has a great time!

40 + committed people are generally required for a private tour to be booked for your group.  Smaller groups can be organized upon request but may need to be specially priced.
