Flying overseas at any given time has its
share of trials and tribulations. Heading from Toronto to Belfast
Northern Ireland in February, is another tale altogether.
My Son and I had decided to visit family
in the UK, and February was the only time that our schedules would allow
the trip. As we began to make our travel plans it was soon discovered
that there were no direct flights . . . into Belfast from Toronto.
That’s where Michele from 2000 Tours stepped up to the plate, to make
sure our trip would run as smooth as possible. She worked
tirelessly, looking through numerous possibilities and routes in an
effort to get us to our destination as quick and painless as was
possible. We looked over various departure options, and compared both
the length of journey, and price of airfare. We finally settled on a
flight from Toronto to Glasgow Scotland, with an additional flight, (not
a connecting flight, but a separately booked flight), from Glasgow to
Belfast. Without going into specific details, this was a marathon travel
session, adding up to a 20 hour journey, including commutes to and from
airports. Despite the length of the trip my son and I felt secure that
2000 Tours had booked us the best possible flight option. Every part of
the journey went smoothly due to the care and pre planning Michele had
organized for us, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We won’t hesitate
to use 2000 Tours services for our future travel plans.
I hope you enjoy the pictures of our
Ireland experience,
Thanks again to Michele and 2000 Tours!
