Another year and another trip to Punta Cana. This was by far our best trip yet!!  We splurged and went for 2 weeks  this time (Mar 22 to Apr 5, 2011).  What a good choice, 13 and a half days of nothing but blue skies and 30 degree weather. The beach was beautiful as usual but this year the water was unusually warm, as was the pool. The Rodeo Steakhouse was the best a la carte restaurant in the Dominican, so far.  We upgraded this year to the Privileged Section.  The little extras really added up in the end (separate check-in, complimentary beach towels, extra bar service ,etc).   As close to perfect a stay could be. 

     Extra kudos to Michele Gould for her help in making this trip even happen and for double checking that we got the room we asked for. That's why we put ourselves in her hands.
