2000 Tours Inc., of London, ON, is understood to be the sole organizer of these
(2000 Tours) tours but it is expressly understood and agreed between the tour
organizer and the passengers that 2000 Tours Inc. or its agents shall not be
held responsible for:
1. Non-performance on the part of any restaurant, theatre, venue or other
service for any act or omission that cannot be directly attributed to the
neglect of the tour organizer.
2. Any delays, misconnections, loss, damage or injury to persons or property or
for any substitution of carriage equipment beyond the control of the tour
operator, or for any additional expense occasioned thereby.
3. Any inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or
frustration whether physical or mental, however caused, except where caused
directly by the tour operator.
4. Any additional costs incurred or any ancillary loss sustained as a result of
cancellations or delays of tours caused by inclement weather conditions, acts of
God, or any other event, which results in one or more persons being unable to
continue or fault of the tour organizer. The tour organizer reserves the right
to make any changes before or during the tour for the comfort and enjoyment of
the passengers and it is agreed and understood that any increase in costs
occasioned by the change shall be charged to the passengers. All tour
itineraries are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
2000 Tours Inc., shall have no responsibility beyond their refund of all monies
paid by the passenger which is deemed to constitute full settlement. The tour
organizer reserves the right to decline any person, as a member of the tour at
any time before or during the tour, should such person's presence be considered
detrimental to the interest, comfort and enjoyment of the other tour members.
2000 Tours Inc., its agents and all passengers agree that the conditions set out
herein are part of the terms between the passengers and the tour organizer.
Acceptance of the ticket for the tour or any payment given to the tour organizer
will represent an acceptance by the aforementioned conditions.
Notice to Travellers: The Government of Ontario requires residents of Ontario
travelling outside of the province to be advised that there may be different
living standards with respect to the provision of utilities, services and
accommodations outside of Ontario. Travel Act Regulation 38(06) In order for us
to keep up-to-date on changes, new events, attractions, hotels and destinations.
2000 Tours Inc. is a member of TICO - Travel Industry Council of Ontario for the
protection of consumers with respect to the purchase of travel products.
