Q:  What is your phone number?
A: You can reach us by phone at (519) 474-7706, or outside of the London calling area at (888) 869-0506.

Q:  What forms of payment does 2000 Tours accept?
A:  We accept cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Direct Payment.  
 
Q:  Where can I pay for my package trip?
A: You can pay by phone with Credit Card, or you can mail in a cheque or money order or, you can pay in person at our London office.  It is located at 299 Springbank Drive, London, Ontario, N6J 1G4, between  Wharncliffe and Wonderland,  across from the Shanghai Restaurant, next door to Kensal Rental.   For more specific directions, please call us at (519) 474-7706.  
 
Q:  What are your office hours?
A:   Our office is open to walk in customers from  9am to 6pm Monday thru Thursday and 9AM until 5PM on Fridays.  Saturdays hours are  10am to 2pm.  We can be reached on the phone up until 8PM from Monday to Thursday as well.
 
Q:  Are you licensed?
A:  2000 Tours is a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO license #50007508), as well as a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
 
Q:  How long do you hold a reserved ticket for?
A:  Once you have sent in your reservation, you have 48 hours to make payment arrangements.  We will call or email you as soon as we receive it to make arrangements.
 
Q:  Where do the buses leave from?
A: Almost all of our buses, unless otherwise noted, depart from the McDonald's located on Wellington, south of the 401.  To check on a specific event, go to that event on the schedules page and click "Pick-up Location".
 
Q:  Can you make a stop closer to me eg. (In my town)?
A:  We generally offer pick-up and drop off at one location only out of London.  Tours to Buffalo will offer a pick up in Burlington.  If you have a large group, we can sometimes make an exception.  If you would like the Burlington pick up or have a large group, please call for details.
 
Q:  When does the bus leave after the event?
A:  We always give you one half hour after an event ends to get back to the bus before departure.
